Project Summary Sheni’s Auto Trend was a complex retrofit of a defectively built automotive facility with unsafe wiring, framing, and services. Beyond correcting code and life-safety issues during construction, the client asked for a clear-span shop with no interior columns—all while holding to the original budget. The Azimuth Builders team and trades developed creative structural and phasing solutions, transforming the space from a dirt-stained grease garage into a code-compliant, high-end dealership and service shop.
