PROJECT: LEED 106

Designed to meet LEED certification this building will surpass energy code with its polyisocyanurate foam roof and cladded roxul EIFS solution. LEED 106 is a standalone, single use fabrication shop on a 1.65 acre site, designed for two 20-ton cranes with 25’ overhead hook height, 25’ overhead doors, full underground service and a 400 amp 3ph 600 Volt main distribution center.

Using the Azimuth Builders' Hybrid Building System, we combined Steelway Building Systems pre-engineered structural system with conventional steel framing, making a building with the integrity that is still flexible enough for expansion. These eye-catching modern finishes and LEED certifications all come at a cost below the market average.
